AB - There are many laser and optical-navigation systems located at the world spacedromes, among which are laser range finders, optical refractometers, television systems of monitoring of the visible and infrared spectral range, systems of optical navigation and aiming and so on. These instruments are used in the information systems for solving the problems when launching space rockets. For precise operation of such optical systems, efficient information is needed on the effects of the real atmosphere on precise and energy characteristics of the used optical-electron devices.
