AB - This paper presents the basis of an energy exchange system for the energy flexibility supply, and a specific proposition for the e-balance platform. It also demonstrates how such a system could operate onthe European market (Poland). The pricing model’s results are shortly described as an efficient method used to incentivise prosumers. The e-balance system/platform itself is a result of the European (FP7) collaborative project: e-balance (2013-2017): Balancing the energy production and consumption in energy efficient smart neighbourhoods.
