AB - The effect of the velocity mode of the ACRT on the thermal structure of a melt and the flow rates in it in growing single crystals by the Stockbarger method in ampoules of diameter 100 mm at values of the Taylor number Ta > 108 is studied. Optimum conditions for mixing of the melt for trapezoidal modes of modulated rotation are found.
