TY - JOUR AU - Tseng, Chih-Yuan AB - We fabricated a 12.3 inch panel which was developed for vehicle display. The panel was based on BCE metal oxide structure, through the adjustments of process parameter the TFT device had better stability. We measured both PBTS and NBTS tests under dark environment at Vg = ±30 V and 85 ˚С for 1 hour, the Vth shift in PBTS test is 0.78 V and the Vth shift in NBTS test is 0.08 V. We also delivered a triple‐gate scan driver circuit and by this way we reduced the amount of IC. Mini‐LED backlight combined with Qdyes, the brightness can up to 1000 nits, achieving million level ultra‐high contrast, 100% NTSC and enhancing the sense of image hierarchy.
