TY - JOUR AU - Tsuji, K. AB - A new driving method is developed for FEDs using metal‐insulator‐ metal (MIM) cathodes. The “Row Hi‐Z drive” method, in which non‐selected scan lines are connected to high‐impedance driver outputs, reduces the dissipation power by 75%. With a 60×60‐dot MIM‐cathode display, we demonstrated no visual crosstalk occurs regardless of a significant voltage crosstalk.
