TY - JOUR AU - Tokura, Y AB - We analyze the full-counting statistics of the electric heat current flowing in a two-terminal quantum conductor coupled to a probe electrode. Based on the stochastic path-integral method, we derive the full-counting statistics of the two-terminal system, which obeys the fluctuation theorem in the presence of a magnetic field. We also calculate the heat-current correlation (the noise) in the linear response and the second-order nonlinear conductance, which explicitly satisfy an extension of the Onsager relation beyond the linear-response theory.
