AB - DETERMINATION OF THE INDIVIDUAL COMPOSITION OF AROMATIC HYDROCARBONS WITHOUT PRELIMINARY SEPARATION FROM PETROLEUM FRACTIONS A. N. Denisenko, V. I. Lebedeva, UDC 643.544 : 547.521.59 I, N. Agapova, and R. I. Sidorov One of the daily problems in petroleum refining is the analysis of aromatic hydrocarbon mixtures. In this either the total concentration of the alkylbenzenes (group analysis) or their individual compositions is determined. It was shown in [1-3] that the use of gas-liquid chromatography makes it possible to determine the total con- centration of the aromatic hydrocarbons in their mixtures with methane-naphthene hydrocarbons (a column with a low degreee of effectiveness but with highly polar liquid phases is used). At the same time, in order to determine the concentration of the individual aromatic hydrocarbons, a concen- trate of the aromatic hydrocarbons is usually isolated first and then its detailed analysis is carried out on a highly effective capillary columns [4, 5]. As a rule a column with liquid phases of low polarity is used. It was necessary to develop a method for the analysis of complex hydrocarbon mixtures (including petroleum fractions), which would allow the individual composition of the aromatic hydrocarbons, as well as their total concen- tration, to TI - Determination of the individual composition of aromatic hydrocarbons without preliminary separation from petroleum fractions JF - Chemistry and Technology of Fuels and Oils DO - 10.1007/BF00714022 DA - 2004-11-16 UR - https://www.deepdyve.com/lp/springer-journals/determination-of-the-individual-composition-of-aromatic-hydrocarbons-DcZDtypN0s SP - 547 EP - 551 VL - 6 IS - 7 DP - DeepDyve ER -
