You will be able to see both in the paper copy of the journal and on the website that besides the already existing topics, which remain unaltered, the new scope now explicitly encompasses representation theory, algebraic geometry, homological and homotopical algebra and derived and triangulated categories. It is with great pleasure that I welcome new editors who are experts in the new fields: V. Hinnich (University of Haifa), B. Keller (Université Denis Diderot), H. Krause (Universität Paderborn), M. Markl (Czech Academy of Sciences), A. Neeman (The Australian National University), B. Toën (Université Paul Sabatier). I would like to thank all these colleagues for their enthusiastic reaction to my invitation to become member of the editorial board of Applied Categorical Structures.
