TY - JOUR AU - Simonov, V. AB - ing columns we found corrosive wear of the disks and the packing. The life of the blind disk exceeds 150,000 h. In UGS planned preventive repairs and routine servicing of the equipment are regularly carried out. Planned preventive repair includes replacement of washers in joints that are periodically dismantled or operate under difficult conditions (hatches of apparatus, seals of the disks of evaporation columns), renewal of the lining of burner units of fire pre- heaters, replacement of the packing in stuffing boxes of the armature, elimination of de- fects that arose in operation and do not lead to serious impairment of work of a technologi- cal line (e.g., leaks of heat exchanger tubes). Khamidullin, UDC 66.066.7:622.276.6 V. F. Budnikov, N. S. Chuzhinov, and V. A. Simonov Thermal methods of extraction of high-viscosity petroleum, i.e., methods of intrastrat- al burning (ISB) and steam-heating effect on the stratum (SHE), are being increasingly used in recent years. With these methods of petroleum recovery, stable oil emulsions begin to form even under conditions prevailing in the stratum.
