AB - It is shown that the introduction of a parallel oscillatory circuit into the feedback circuit of a self-excited oscillator makes it possible to reduce the effect of the conductance of the measured sensor on the accuracy of the conversion of the sensor capacitance by approximately two orders of magnitude.
