With a total coverage of 540 million electricity users, it has played an important role in the safety production and operation management of the power system. The success rate of data collection in the collection system is an important indicator to measure the quality of system operation. This article analyzes and studies the factors that affect the success rate of collection from the dimensions of the main station, channel, terminal, meter, and synthesis. It provides a large amount of experimental and test data and thus obtains methods to improve the success rate of collection. It provides reference and improvement methods for the construction of power system information engineering.
