AB - In order to improve the accuracy of appearance quality detection of cigarette packs at the outlet of GDH1000 packaging machine, a high-pressure airflow separation device is installed on the cigarette pack conveying channel, which accelerates the cigarette packs by blowing the high-pressure airflow, so that the adjacent two cigarette packs before entering the high-altitude conveying channel have a certain speed difference. As a result, it realizes the separation of cigarette packs, makes the cigarette packs enter the appearance detection device orderly at intervals, and ensures that the appearance detection device can correctly capture the complete and clear image of each cigarette pack. The application results show that the false rejection rate of small package appearance detection is reduced from 0.711% to 0.0025%, which effectively reduces the false rejection rate of small package appearance detection. The stability of product quality is improved.
