Th e University of Texas School of Law, the International Institute of Humanitarian Law (San Remo, Italy), and the Lieber Society on the Law of Armed Confl ict (American Society of International Law) co-sponsored the event, with generous support from the Naval War College Foundation and the Israeli Yearbook on Human Rights.
