TY - JOUR AU - Shachnev, Yu. AB - BRIEF COMMUNICATIONS AND LETTERS TO THE EDITOR RACK FOR DETERMINING DYNAMIC PRECISION CHARACTERISTICS OF DIMENSIONAL PROCESS CONTROL DEVICES L. N. Vorontsov, A. G. Ravvin, UDC 531.714.2.089.6 V. G. Chibrikov, and Yu. A. Shachnev Dimensional process control devices are affected in the course of their operation by various factors which de- termine their dynamic precision. However, the instruction 283-59 of the Committee of Standards, Measures, and Measuring Instruments onthe checking of instruments used for testing dimensions (diameters) of components in the course of their facing on a circular grinding machine does not take into account these factors. This is due above atl to the lack of appropriate means and methods for this purpose. At present there exist racks which have been developed by the special design office of the Ministry of the Machine-Tool and Instrument-Making Industry, the Moscow Higher Technical School, the Bureau of Interchange- ability, the Moscow Automechanical Institute, etc. for determining certain dynamic error components of single- contact automatic devices. They have been described in sufficient detail in [1]. The particular features of the process control devices required the production of a special rack [2] for taking into account the following factors: the eccentricity and errors in the TI - Rack for determining dynamic precision characteristics of dimensional process control devices JF - Measurement Techniques DO - 10.1007/BF00994531 DA - 2004-12-31 UR - https://www.deepdyve.com/lp/springer-journals/rack-for-determining-dynamic-precision-characteristics-of-dimensional-9daO18qyD9 SP - 747 EP - 748 VL - 12 IS - 5 DP - DeepDyve ER -
