Loginova The Telekinotekhnika-80 exhibition will be held from February 27 to March 12, 1980 in the pavilions of the Sokol'niki exhibition area, at which visitors will be able to see the latest specimens of instruments from many countries. The Soviet presentation will present a form of report on cinematograph and television in the country. Over 500 exhibitors will be accommodated in an area of 3.6 thousand square meters. These will include typical apparatus for a studio complex in a television center, which will provide for recording and playback of television transmissions, and the montage and checking of video recordings. In addition, there will be cinematographic recording ap- paratus for synchronous recording of a variety of scenes; the Reporter portable apparatus, which performs synchronous sound recording; television projection apparatus developed dur- ing the current Five-Year Plan, particularly with xenon light sources of output i, 2, 3, and 5 kW; light-sensitive materials; magnetic tapes; professional and amateur photographic and cinematographic equipment; tape recorders; and the latest forms of color TV. The materials on the Soviet stands will familiarize visitors with a wide scope for using dynamic and three-dimensional holography in cinematography.
