Sirazetdinov UDC 621.317.39.088.2.001.24:531.7 Capacitive displacement transducers (CDT) designed for use with nonlinear bridge circuits based on diode-resistor networks [i] are being employed to measure the displacements of ele- ments in various kinds of equipment. The nonlinearity of a CDT's conversion function is compensated by maintaining at a given level the volt-second area for the discharge process of the transducer's capacity by means of a negative feedback network [2]. The feedback network contains an adder and a comparison unit, which is generally implemented by means of operational amplifiers (OA). In the regulation system that has been formed a change in the transducer's capacity produces a change in the transfer factor of the feedback network, aild with the output signal of the CDT, which describes the displacement, there is an output voltage of the comparison unit, which performs the function of a regulating unit. Drift of the input currents and voltages in the OA's, which are connected in series, creates in the total output signal of the CDT a component that contributes an error for the resulting conver- sion.
