Bobkov, and G. V. Lukin One of the main reserves in raising productivity of labor in plants producing chemical and petroleum equipment is the automation of production processes. However, in chemical and petroleum engineering there is a large proportion of workers engaged in manual labor. The lack of accurate measuring instruments and of systems for checking the geometric param- eters of large components of chemical and petroleum equipment hinders the introduction of automated systems for controlling technological processes and of robotic complexes. Courses are one of the basic components of chemical and petroleum equipment, and the productivity of assembly operations depends chiefly on the accuracy of their production, and so does the quality and reliability of the finished products. In chemical and petro- leum engineering courses are produced by the method of pressure and bending from sheet on roll bending machines [I]. Directly on the machine the following technological opera- tions are carried out: folding back of the edges of the sheet, circular bending, and truing of the course. Outside the machine the blanks are marked off TI - Optical and electronic information and measuring system controlling the production of courses JF - Chemical and Petroleum Engineering DO - 10.1007/BF01150929 DA - 2005-01-28 UR - https://www.deepdyve.com/lp/springer-journals/optical-and-electronic-information-and-measuring-system-controlling-6A9At6d8F6 SP - 684 EP - 688 VL - 28 IS - 11 DP - DeepDyve ER -
