AB - This study examines femtosecond laser-textured fused silica, comparing high and low spatial frequency structures and focusing on their effect on optical properties related to surface morphology. Optical assessments via integrating sphere measurements reveal performance distinctions, using both visible and near-infrared (NIR) laser sources. Emphasis is placed on far-distance specular transmittance and reflectance trade-offs which are critical for optimizing anti-reflection techniques on optical elements.
