Tsybin UDC 621.317.088 Frequency multiplication is one of the ways of improving the accuracy or measurement rate for source parameters in which the data are represented in frequency form [1-4]. The device performs the transformation fout=Kfin ' ( 1 ) in which Fou t is the output frequency, K the multiplication factor, and fin the input fre- quency. Examples of such frequency multipliers are provided by means of frequency measurement [i, 3], means of phase measurement [5], workpiece diameter measurement techniques [6], and means of measuring ignition advance angle in engines [7]. Digital frequency multi- pliers [3, 8-14] differ from analog ones in that there is less effect from the input wave- form because one processes the time intervals between normalized pulses. The least dynamic errors for digital frequency multipliers occur [2, 3], in direct conversion [3, 4], in which the signal period T i is transferred TI - Deterministic correction method for frequency multiplier dynamic error JF - Measurement Techniques DO - 10.1007/BF00982068 DA - 2004-12-29 UR - https://www.deepdyve.com/lp/springer-journals/deterministic-correction-method-for-frequency-multiplier-dynamic-error-5tyvjQ0Ang SP - 717 EP - 721 VL - 34 IS - 7 DP - DeepDyve ER -
