TY - JOUR AB - Bradley Cypher is a doctoral candidate in theology at Ave Ma- ria University. His is currently writing a dissertation on addiction, which is an interdisciplinary study that puts the insights of theology, philosophy, psychology, and sociology in dialogue with each other in order to shed light on this knotty and yet common mental health is- sue. He holds an STL and STB from the Dominican House of Studies and an MA from Christendom College. Heidi Giebel is professor of philosophy at the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota and managing editor of American Catholic Philosophical Quarterly. Her research and teaching interests lie mainly in the virtue-based ethics of Aristotle, the early Confu- cians, and St. Thomas Aquinas, and the philosophy and psychology of moral development. Nathan Kilpatrick is associate professor of English and Catholic Studies at the University of Mary in Bismarck, North Dakota, where he teaches in both the undergraduate and graduate programs. He completed his doctoral work at Baylor University, and his research focuses on post-Vatican II American Catholic literature and the per- sonalism of St. John Paul II.
