However, there are some difficult problems associated with mass transfer, yield, uniformity of brightness, and chroma. In order to improve the uniformity, especially in case of the low grayscale, we propose a fine full grayscale correction method, which includes precise pixel‐by‐pixel brightness and chroma extraction algorithm and level‐by‐level full grayscale correction algorithm. To ensure the uniformity inside the cabinet and between the cabinets, a full‐color viewing angle compensation and an adaptive cabinet seam correction algorithm are also proposed to achieve the arbitrary splicing of the cabinets.
