TY - JOUR AB - Letters Errors in Results and Figure: In the Research Letter titled “Defining Target Offspring and Surviving Caregivers” published in the May 2008 issue and “Effect Vancomycin Trough Concentrations for Treating Staphylococcus aureus Infection of Parental Bereavement on Health Risk Behaviors in Youth: A 3-Year Follow-up” in Infants Aged 0 to 90 Days,” there were errors in the Results and Figure. During published in the March 2012 issue of JAMA Pediatrics (then Archives of Pediatrics an analysis for a follow-up study, the authors identified a transcription error for the & Adolescent Medicine), the coding used for the Suicidal Ideation Question- weight of one of the included infants in the data set, which slightly changed naire-Jr was incorrect. The scale ranges from 0 to 6; the authors had coded the the study results. These changes do not affect the final outcome but do require scores on a scale from 1 to 7, which inflated the total scores. The resulting means the graphs in the Figure to be adjusted and the following changes to be made to were incorrect.
