Kotyuk UDC 681.2.089.6-52:681.3 In recent years the measuring equipment stocks have increased rapidly and, therefore, the volume of testing has also risen, and this in turn produced a demand for improving the techniques and technology of testing. An intensive development of dynamic measurements made it necessary to organize the testing not only of separate measuring instruments, but of in- formation-measuring systems, which have many channels and a relatively high density of infor- mation measured per unit time. Under these conditions it became timely to automatize testing and, therefore, to develop algorithms and recording devices for machine processing of measured information by means of mass-produced components and digital computer systems. The development of dynamic measurements requires the establishment not only of standards for physical units, but also for process parameters and the adoption in metrological practice "reference" and "sample" processes (for instance, electrical pulses or luminous radiation pul- ses with a precisely known amplitude and shape). The reproduction of the pulse shape, trans- mission of its "dimension," and the application of corrections to measurement results with the affecting factors taken TI - Machine system for processing data measured with reference and testing installations JF - Measurement Techniques DO - 10.1007/BF00822534 DA - 2004-11-29 UR - https://www.deepdyve.com/lp/springer-journals/machine-system-for-processing-data-measured-with-reference-and-testing-2FDz03LGuw SP - 438 EP - 439 VL - 19 IS - 3 DP - DeepDyve ER -
