The outfit consists of a straight wall vial 75 x 12 mm., with aluminum corklined screw cap which permits a tight seal, thus preventing the untimely drying of the media. Tubes are filled by hand and capped with the machine illustrated in Figure 1. Three hundred tubes of media are slanted in a copper rack,devised for this purpose.
