TY - JOUR AU - Xue, Chao AB - Piezoelectric micro jet valve is more and more widely used with the development of liquid micro distribution technology. This paper designs a two-stage micromanipulation mechanism with high amplification ratio applied to the piezoelectric micro jet valve based on the lever amplification principle and bridge amplification principle. The amplification factor of the displacement amplification mechanism and the strength limit of each node are calculated, its dynamic and static characteristics on the workbench platform are simulated, the materials are finally selected for processing, and the injection performance of the flexible amplification mechanism through experiments is tested. The analysis results show that the maximum output displacement of the micro mechanism is 793 μ m. The amplification ratio is 26.4 and the static and dynamic characteristics are satisfied. The natural vibration frequencies of the simulation results are within the working range, which can realize the droplet injection of low viscosity liquid.
