TY - JOUR AB - ENDMATTER JUNE 2006 26/5/06 3:02 PM Page 241 THE BIBLIOGRAPHICAL SOCIETY The Annual General Meeting The one hundred and thirteenth Annual General Meeting was held at the Royal Astronomical Society, Burlington House, Piccadilly, London, on Tuesday 18 October 2005. The President, Professor John Flood, was in the Chair. The minutes of the previous AGM (which had been printed in The Library for June 2005) were taken as read, and confirmed. The President summarized the Society’s recent activities. Four new publica- tions were nearing completion, including a book on Canterbury manu- scripts and a Bewick bibliography, and ten more were in the pipeline. A major project to develop a bibliography of chapbooks was under way. The Library was now available online, and he thanked Dr Oliver Pickering, Editor of The Library, for overseeing this initiative. The President announced that David Chambers was stepping down as Editor of Mono- graphs, and thanked him for his great contribution to maintaining the high standards of the Society’s publications. The catalogue of the Society’s library had been mounted on the online catalogue of the University of London School of Advanced Study, thanks to Miss Robin Myers, Dr Karen Attar, Mr Stephen Whittle, and others.
