Isoyama, T. Uchida, C. Iida, G. Nakagawa, Y. Matano, T. Ooe, S. Hamada, H. Iwata and K. Goto, A pseudo-simultaneous background correction system was constructed to enable alternate measurements of the peak and background in the single channel ICP-AES to be performed with discrete nebulization technique. The quartz refraction plate inserted in an optical pass was vibrated at 150 ms intervals with a square wave; thus the center and wing of the spectral line could be measured alternately. The effects of sampling frequency on background correction were examined with regard to the precisions of peak height and peak area measurements. The present system was applied to the aluminum and iron determination TI - 1.1 Fundamentals, methods, apparatus, reagents, automation, data processing JF - Analytical and Bioanalytical Chemistry DO - 10.1007/BF00482114 DA - 1989-01-01 UR - https://www.deepdyve.com/lp/springer-journals/1-1-fundamentals-methods-apparatus-reagents-automation-data-processing-0R4iSlz2s7 SP - 410 EP - 418 VL - 335 IS - 4 DP - DeepDyve ER -
