Povarenkov UDC 531.77 To reproduce small angular velocities, instruments consisting of a driving electric motor and a reduction drive have obtained wide application. The reduction drive can be friction or toothed. The main drawback of these devices is the low accuracy with which the required value of angular velocity is reproduced, due firstly to the large error in the means of control, and also due to the instability of the angular velocity because of the moments of the friction forces. In the case of a friction reduction drive slipping in the linkage is also observed. The use of a toothed reduction drive leads to instability in the angular velocity due to the error in making the teeth of the gear. Below we describe instruments for reproducing small angular velocity that are free from these drawbacks. The rotating mechanism operating in the range 0-1.5.10 -S rad/sec is statically and dy- n~m~cally balanced TI - Methods and means of reproducing small angular velocities JF - Measurement Techniques DO - 10.1007/BF00822729 DA - 2004-11-30 UR - https://www.deepdyve.com/lp/springer-journals/methods-and-means-of-reproducing-small-angular-velocities-0CqjDB4Qb7 SP - 66 EP - 67 VL - 21 IS - 1 DP - DeepDyve ER -
