Juni 1976) Zusammenfassung: Es wird gezeigt, daß durch das Flavonolignan Silybin der Einbau von [3H]Orotsäure in die RNA aus Rattenleber stimuliert wird. An isolierten Hepatozyten konnte mit [ 3 H] Uridin die Zeit- und Dosisabhängigkeit der Synthesesteigerung demonstriert werden. Die Analyse der Leber-RNA bestätigt diese Befunde: die spezifische Radioaktivität der neusynthetisierten RNA von silybinbehandelten Tieren ist schon nach kurzer Zeit deutlich gegenüber den Kontrollen erhöht. Eine Bevorzugung der Synthese speziflscher RNA-Typen ist vorläufig nicht erkennbar. Summary: The incorporation of [ 3 H]orotic acid into RNA from rat livers is stimulated by the flavonolignane derivative Silybin. The time course of the RNA synthesis and its dose dependance were demonstrated with isolated hepatocytes and [ 3 H]uridine. The specific radioactivity of the newly synthesized RNA in rats treated with silybin is markedly higher than that of the controls.
