List of Contributors L IST OF C ONTRIBUTORS Morten Hørning Jensen has a postdoctorate position at University of Aarhus, Denmark. He is the author of Herod Antipas in Galilee: The Literary and Archaeological Sources on the Reign of Herod Antipas and its Socio-Economic Impact on Galilee (Mohr Siebeck, 2006). Zeba Crook teaches in the Religious Studies Department at Carleton University in Ottawa, Canada. He is the author of Reconceptualising Conversion: Patronage, Loyalty, and Conversion in the Religions of the Ancient Mediterranean (Berlin: Walter de Gruyter, 2004), and holds a PhD in New Testament Studies from the University of St. Michael’s College at the University of Toronto. Crispin H.T. Fletcher-Louis read Theology at Oxford where he wrote a dis- sertation on Christology and soteriology in Luke–Acts under Prof. Christopher Rowland. He has since written a monograph on liturgical and mystical traditions in the Dead Sea Scrolls and has published various articles on ancient Judaism and early Christianity. He has taught at the Universities of Nottingham, Durham and King’s College, London. He is now Resident Theologian at St Mary’s Bryanston Square and Principal of Westminster Theological Centre. James F. McGrath is Assistant Professor of Religion at Butler University, Indianapolis, USA. His PhD was completed at the University of Durham in England under the supervision of James Dunn, and subsequently published with Cambridge University Press under the title John’s Apologetic Christology .
