Has a Missing Daughter of Iaroslav Mudryi Been Found? NORMAN W. INGHAM (Chicago, IL, U.S.A.) HAS A MISSING DAUGHTER OF IAROSLAV MUDRYI BEEN FOUND?* ° An eleventh-century fresco, fragments of which were uncovered in modem times on gallery walls at the west side of the central crossing of St. Sophia's in Kiev, appears to have represented Grand Prince Iaroslav Mudryi (r. 1019- 54/55) as donor approaching the throne of Christ with a model of the cathe- dral in his hands and his wife, Princess Irina, approaching opposite him.
