Gontarski) The Grove Companion to Samuel Beckett. MARY BRYDEN, is Professor in the School of European Studies, Cardiff University. She has published a number of books on Beckett. Her research interests include literature in dialogue with the visual arts, music, and theology. MARK BYRON, completed his PhD at Cambridge University in 2001. He is currently Lecturer in the Department of English at the University of Sydney. CHRIS CONTI, received his PhD at the University of Sydney, was co-convenor Samuel Beckett Symposium, Sydney. ANTHONY CORDINGLEY, is a PhD candidate at the University of Sydney, Australia.
