Four New Species of Tylenchidae (Nematoda) FOUR NEW SPECIES OF TYLENCHIDAE (NEMATODA) BY M. W. BRZESKI1) Instytut Zoologii PAN, Wilcza 64, Warszawa, Poland Zanenchus nemorosus sp. n. from Poland differs from known species of this genus in its cuticle and lateral field, position of median oesophageal bulb, presence of post-uterine sac, and tail shape. Discotylenchus brevicaudatus sp. n. from Mexico is characterised by a short, thick tail and posterior position of vulva. Ottolenchus acris sp. n. from Poland is differentiated by short stylet, posterior position of median bulb and spicate tail, while O. spicatus sp. n. found in Mexico is differentiated by oblique and bent vagina, tail shape and relatively narrow annules. Keywords: taxonomy, Zanenchus, Discotylenchus, Ottolenchus. Examination of various collections of Tylenchidae revealed four new species, which are described below. DESCRIPTIONS Zanenchus nemorosus sp. n. (Fig. 1) Dimensions: Holojpe 9 : L=0.62 mm, a=31, b=5.5, MB=51, c=5.2, c' = 11, T/VA = 1.0, V = 62, V' = 77, stylet = 9 11m. Paratype 9 (16): L = 0.61 (0.56-0.64) mm, a = 30 (27-33), b = 5.7 (5.4-6.1), MB = 50 (49-52), c=5.0 (4.7-5.3), c' = 10-12, T/VA=1.1-1.3, V=63 (61-65), V' = 79 (77-81), stylet = 8-9 11m.
