Tunisia: Decree No. 94-493 of 28 February 1994 Determining the List of Service Activities... 207 TUNISIA: DECREE NO. 94-493 OF 28 FEBRUARY 1994 DETERMINING THE LIST OF SERVICE ACTIVITIES ENTITLED TO THE INCENTIVE ENVISAGED BY ARTICLE 43 OF THE INVESTMENT INCENTIVES CODE The President of the Republic, On the proposal of the Minister of Social Affairs. In view of Law No. 93-120 of 27 December 1993 promulgating the Investment Incentives Code, and its Article 43 in particular, In view of the opinion of the Ministers of Finance, the National Economy, Planning and Regional Development, Agriculture, Equipment and the Habitat, Communications and the Environment and Land Development, In view of the opinion of the Administrative Tribunal, Decrees: Article 1. The list of service activities eligible for the incentives envisaged by Article 43 of the Investment Incentives Code is fixed in the Appendix to the present Decree. Article 2. The Ministers of Finance, the National Economy, Planning and Regional Development, Agriculture, Equipment and the Habitat, Communica- tions and the Environment and Land Development are entrusted, each in respect of his particular field, with executing the present Decree which will be published in the Official Journal of the Republic of Tunisia.
