QUAESTIONES AUS ORLEANS AUS DER ZEIT VOR JACQUES DE REVIGNY von HANS VAN DE Wouw (Leiden) Von den Orleanenser Rechtslehrern der ersten Generation, aus der Zeit vor Jacques de R6vigny also, sind uns nicht viele Werke überliefertl. Um so wichti- ger war der Fund von Martin Bertram2, der in einer Edinburger Handschrift zwdlf quaestiones von dieser Generation entdeckte. Hier m6gen diese Klein- schriften ediert und mit einigen Anmerkungen versehen werden3. Die Handschrift ist Edinburgh, National Library of Scotland, Ms. 9740, 92 foll., saec. XIII ex., wohl aus Frankreich. Fol. 37v findet sich vielleicht ein Vor- besitzer, Lupoldus von Regensburg. Inhalt: I. fol. lra-21va: Guillelmus de Mandagato, Libellus electionum, mit seiner eigenen Glosse; Additiones die den Liber Sextus und die Clementinae zitieren; II. fol. 23ra-37va: Lectura decretalium Gregorii X, anonym, inc. "Hoc dicit quod spiritus sanctus", s. dazu M.
