Long before its opening, however, the tribunal has generated rather mixed reactions concern- ing issues such as its composition, its legal framework, and procedures. One such reaction is detailed in the current book under review which examines the concept of transitional justice and hybrid courts under international law in the light of adequate prosecution of international crimes with specifi c focus on the Extraordinary Chambers in the Courts of Cambodia (ECCC).
