Current Legal Developments 263 Current Legal Developments Baltic New Maritime Boundaries Concluded in the Eastern Baltic Sea Since 1998 (bis)* The present note intends to address two specific issues which, when read together with the previous contribution under the same title,' should give the reader a more accurate understanding of the situation, as it was meant to be published in Volume 16, Number 4 of this Journal. First, a few words will be devoted to the entry into force of the tripoint agreement concluded between Estonia, Finland and Sweden, which was signed on 16 January 2001.'- This will be the occasion to place this agreement within the framework of the overall practice of Baltic states relating to the interaction between signature and entry into force of maritime delimitation agreements in the area.
