Recopilación de fragmentos, traducción, introducción y notas , Cádiz: Servicio Publicaciones Universidad de Cádiz 2006, ISBN 84-7786-455-1, 173 pp. Th is is a new edition of one of the most important philosophical texts of Late Antiquity, namely Porphyry of Tyre’s Contra Christianos . Th e edition of this text has been a highly difficult task because of the fragmentary con- dition of the work and its complicated transmission, since this text is restored out of passages excerpted by several authors from the fourth cen- tury down to the Byzantine era. Contra Christianos is an important philo- sophical document about Neo-Platonism; it is also an historical source illuminating the relationship between paganism and Christianity. Th is new edition is a comprehensive presentation of the text. It focuses on improving previous editions (like the one provided by Adolf von Harnack) and adds new fragments.
