Cross contains several studies of direct interest to students of the scrolls. After tributes to Cross himself and his bibliography, the contents are arranged in alphabetical order by author in two sections, one English, French and German, the other in Hebrew. The range of the studies is as diverse as Frank CrossÕ own interests and he must have been very pleased to receive this Festschrift.
