B r a u n s t e in e r Bei der Prüfung von Zusammenhängen zwischen Störungen des Fettstoffwechsels und ihrem Einfluß auf die Blutgerinnung, bei des im Hinblick auf koronarsklerotische Erkrankungen, war einer seits eine vermehrte Aggregationsneigung der Blutplättchen (26), andererseits eine Erhöhung des Fibrinogenspiegels mit einer Ver minderung der Fibrinolyseaktivität essentieller Hyperlipämikcr (32) gegenüber Normalpcrsoncn an unserer Klinik gefunden worden. M c D o n a l d et al. (20) sowie J ames et al. (15) fanden bei Patienten mit koronarsklerotischcn Erkrankungen eine vermehrte Gerinnungsfähigkeit des Blutes im Thrombokinasebildungstest (TGT) sowie bei der Bestimmung der Prothrombin- bzw. der Styp- venzeit. E g e b e r g (7) berichtete nur über eine signifikante Vermeh rung der Faktor-VIII-Aktivität. Die Verabreichung einer athero genen Diät an Ratten führte nach M erskey et al. (22) zu einer Er höhung der Faktoren I, II, V, V II/X , V III, IX und X. S c o t t (31) hingegen stellte dabei eine Hypokoagulabilität des Blutes in vivo fest. Bei essentieller
