Bompiani) Université de Rome E tu d e a n a to m o - c lin iq u e d ’u n cas d e m a la d ie m ic r o d r é p a n o c y tiq u e Par ANTONIO ÀSCENZI et EZIO SILVESTRONI La maladie microdrépanocytiquc est une hémopathie familiale due à la présence contemporaine chez le même sujet de deux anomalies constitutionnelles et héréditaires: la microcytémie et la falcémie, transmises au malade par scs parents. L’affection, qui présente un cadre clinique rappelant, sous certains aspects, celui de l’anémie drépanocytique et, sous certains autres, celui de l’anémie de Cooley, a été décrite pour la première fois en 1945 par Silvestroni et Bianco (1). De nouveaux cas ont été suc cessivement étudiés par les mêmes auteurs (2-10) ainsi que par d ’autres auteurs, soit en Italie, soit à l’étranger (11-25). Actuelle ment les cas enregistrés dans la littérature sont une centaine. Ils ont été essentiellement l’objet de recherches cliniques,
