Tödliche Panmyelopathie durch Hydantoinkörper B ân/ Berczcller V I /1 9 5 1 3 5 4 Summary C. C. K. 179 (Hydcrgine — Sandoz) was administered to three patients with hemophilia - subcutaneously in two cases and intra­ venously in one. Contrary to the results previously reported by other investigators (1 ), we were unable to demonstrate any significant de­ crease in the blood coagulation time (Lee and White) following the parenteral administration of C. C. K. 179 (Sandoz). Zusammenfassung Bei drei Patienten mit Hämophilie konnte durch parenterale Ver­ abreichung von C .C .K . 179 (Hydergin Sandoz) im Gegensatz zu den Resultaten anderer Autoren keine Verkürzung der Gerinnungszeit er­ zielt werden. Résumé L'administration parentérale de C.C.K. 179 (Hydergine Sandoz) à trois malades atteints d’hémophilie ne provoqua pas de diminution du temps de coagulation, contrairement aux observations faites par d ’autres auteurs.
