During experi­ ments in dogs on the mechanism of anti-platelet serum shock, we observed some peculiarities in the blood picture which are described in the present paper. M ethods. T he haematological methods used in this laboratory have been described elsewhere (3 ). T he anti-platelet scrum was prepared according to the method described by Tocantins (4 ). Dogs have been used in all experiments. Total blood and plasma specific gravity have been determined according to the technique of Kagan (5 ).
