During experi ments in dogs on the mechanism of anti-platelet serum shock, we observed some peculiarities in the blood picture which are described in the present paper. M ethods. T he haematological methods used in this laboratory have been described elsewhere (3 ). T he anti-platelet scrum was prepared according to the method described by Tocantins (4 ).
