Public Building Machinery

Public Building Machinery INDIRECTLY Management is probably more dependent upon the lubrication of office and public building machinery than in any other phase of industrial operations. In multistorey buildings the lift is the most obvious device. One uses it daily with reliance upon the speed, and relief from the stairs. BUT, there is other almost equally as important machinery, even though not quite so obvious. For example the heating and ventilating system along with possibly the air conditioning the pumps, sometimes the power plant for steam heating or even auxiliary electric reserve and the electric motors for power drives.
