Prior to joining Freddie Mac, Baumann was a Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers PwC. He joined PwC in 1969, becoming a Partner in 1980, and also serving as Deputy Chairman World Financial Services Practice and as Global Banking Leader. Whilst ar PwC, he also served as the lead global relationship partner responsible for PwC services to such major companies as J.P. Morgan Chase, The World Bank and Prudential Financial.
