Abstract
A 50-year-old woman is referred to the oculoplastic clinic for evaluation of bilateral vascular lesions of the eye, which can be seen beneath the palpable conjunctivae on the upper and lower eyelids. She denies changes in vision and pain but reports a sensation of pressure around the lesions, which is relieved in the prone position. She has a 25-year history of bulimia and purges almost daily.
