ARKANSAS Bill to Change Medical Practice Act. —A bill has been introduced into the state legislature by Representative Lewis which provides for a board of medical examiners to be composed of four regular physicians, two eclectics and one homeopath. All applicants for license would be graduates of a "legally incorporated medical college or institution" who made a general average in their studies of at least 75 per cent, and received not less than 50 per cent, in any subject.
