Abstract Panelists: FRED J. ANSFIELD, M.D., Madison, Wis.JOSEPH FARROW, M.D., New YorkARTHUR C. JAMES, M.D., Columbus, OhioWALTER T. MURPHY, M.D., Buffalo, N.Y. andBRONSON S. RAY, M.D., New York. Dr. Cole: In case some of you do not have your programs, we will introduce the panel members. First, I will introduce Dr. Joseph Farrow, of New York, who will be responsible for discussing oophorectomy, adrenalectomy, and hormones for advanced cancer of the breast.Next to Dr. Farrow we have Dr. Bronson S. Ray, also of New York, who will be responsible for hypophysectomy for breast cancer.Next we have Dr. Walter T. Murphy, of Buffalo, New York, who will be responsible for radiation therapy in treatment of breast and thyroid cancer.The next gentleman is Dr. Arthur C. James, of Columbus, Ohio, who will be responsible for discussion of the role of surgery for cancer of the thyroid.
