Abstract Cornell Institute on Premature Care.—In the fall of 1967, the Institutes for Physicians and Nurses in the Care of Premature and Other High-Risk Infants at the New York Hospital-Cornell Medical Center, under the sponsorship of the New York State Department of Health and the U S Children's Bureau, will begin their 19th year of operation. The institutes are designed to meet the needs of physicians and nurses in charge of hospital high-risk and premature nurseries and special centers, and of medical and nursing directors and consultants in state and local programs for the care of such infants. The attendance at each institute is limited to six physician-nurse teams. The program for physicians is of two weeks' duration and for nurses, of four weeks' duration. Participants pay no tuition fee and stipends are provided to help cover expenses during attendance at the institute.
