Bronchoscopy, Esophagoscopy and Gastroscopy. A Manual of Peroral Endoscopy and Laryngeal Surgery.

Bronchoscopy, Esophagoscopy and Gastroscopy. A Manual of Peroral Endoscopy and Laryngeal Surgery. This article is only available in the PDF format. Download the PDF to view the article, as well as its associated figures and tables. Abstract The title explains the scope of this manual, which the reviewer does not hesitate to pronounce the most important and most complete statement that has yet appeared in the field of bronchoscopy, esophagoscopy and gastroscopy. There is no effort to record progress in this field historically, but the aim is rather to present clearly the basic points. The enormous widening of the field of bronchoscopy for diseases of other than foreign-body origin has necessitated rewriting the chapters dealing with the various phases of bronchoscopy. The book is based on the authors' own clinical experience, in which there exists no claim for priority. http://www.deepdyve.com/assets/images/DeepDyve-Logo-lg.png Archives of Otolaryngology American Medical Association
